Today’s workplaces, and personal lifestyles, are creating an unprecedented level of activity for everyone. Business owners especially find that there are competing demands that increase their busy-ness beyond what they would like it to be. It’s not unusual to feel overwhelmed. in this interactive seminar, you will identify the impact of increased work demands on yourself and others, and learn new, more effective ways to deal with the multitude of demands.

Speaker:

Jill Malleck is an experienced Organizational Development consultant, author, facilitator, trainer and coach. She has 20-plus years experience inside the corporate world, first as a line area leader in Marketing & Employee Communications, and then as a senior Human Resources consultant aligned to business leaders. Jill uses her coaching skills to listen well and ask powerful and challenging questions. Jill has received the prestigious Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from the international Coach Federation (iCF) which indicates a level of professional development as well as in excess of 700 hours of coaching leaders.
