Mandate:

This Committee shall monitor the status of each Director and confirm their extended participation on an annual basis. It is the responsibility of this Committee to ensure adequate representation on the Board of Directors, and to present an appropriate slate of Directors annually.

This Committee shall provide the Board of Directors with recommendations regarding the hiring of required staff. It is the role of this Committee to orient, manage and evaluate staff with guidance from all Committee Chairs.
